Marketplace & Seller Policy
These rules help keep Worldwide Exporter useful, lawful and trustworthy for buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, exporters and importers.
Last updated: 07 September 2026
1. Accurate Business Information
Business profiles, contact details, certifications, product specifications, origin information, pricing indications and availability must be truthful and must not intentionally mislead buyers. Users must have the authority to represent the business or products they publish.
2. Original and Useful Listings
Listings should contain meaningful product or service information and should use images, descriptions and documents that the seller owns or is authorised to use. Duplicate, auto-generated, keyword-stuffed, scraped or substantially empty listings may be rejected or removed.
3. Prohibited Listings and Content
Users must not publish unlawful goods or services, counterfeit or stolen goods, controlled drugs, illicit substances, exploitative or sexually explicit material, hateful or violent content, malware, fraudulent schemes, deceptive financial offers, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. Weapons, hazardous materials, regulated products and other restricted categories may be rejected where publishing or promoting them would violate applicable law, platform rules or advertising policies.
4. Product Review and Moderation
Submitted products may be held for review before publication. Worldwide Exporter may request additional information, edit presentation details, reject a submission, unpublish content or restrict an account where a listing appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, low quality or inconsistent with platform standards.
5. Enquiries and Commercial Conduct
Users must not send spam, impersonate another business, manipulate reviews, harvest personal information, misuse buyer requirements, demand deceptive advance payments or use the platform for phishing, fraud or other abusive activity. Commercial claims should be supportable and communications should remain relevant to the transaction or enquiry.
6. Verification
A verification label means that selected information or documents were reviewed under the platform's process. It is not a guarantee of product quality, legal compliance, delivery, payment performance or the outcome of a transaction. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
7. Enforcement and Reporting
We may warn users, reject or remove content, limit visibility, suspend features or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law or enforce these standards. Suspected abuse, infringement or unsafe listings can be reported through Customer Support.
